Prices
Prices are per apartment per night, based on the ideal number of occupants for each apartment and a minimum stay of three nights. We charge a supplement of €15 Euro per night for each additional person.
Local tourist tax
The quoted prices do not include a local tourist tax per person per night (children under 14 years are excluded).
Reductions for children
Reductions for children upon request.

Reservation and payment
We reserve the right to ask you to pay a deposit to confirm your reservation.
We accept payment in cash or by advance bank transfer.
Please note that we do not accept credit card payments.
Cancellation policy
Make sure you obtain cancellation insurance in case of unexpected events before your journey. According to EU standards cancellation fees can be charged in case of late arrival, no-show, or early departure:
- Advance payments will not be reimbursed for cancellations made within the last 2 months before your arrival. If you wish to postpone your booking, we will be happy to change the date.
- For cancellations made within the last 4 weeks, cancellation fees will be charged in the amount of 50% of the total booking amount.
- For cancellations within the last week, or for delayed arrival or early departure: we charge 100 % of the total amount.
To avoid these fees, we recommend taking out cancellation protection insurance, to ensure that the European Travel Insurance covers them.
Arrival and departure
Our apartments are available for you from 2 pm on the day of arrival.
If necessary, you can also leave your luggage at the house before then.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am.
Please inform us of your expected arrival time by phone or email, so that we can organise ourselves accordingly.
Pets
For the consideration of other guests, we cannot accept pets.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
