Prices and booking conditions for your stay at Sonnleitn Apartments

Fancy a mountain getaway? Here you will find advance information about our prices, general booking conditions and interesting offers.

Prices

Prices are per apartment per night, for a minimum stay of three nights for the ideal number of occupants per apartment. For each additional person we charge a supplement of 15 Euro per night.

Local tourist tax

The prices quoted do not include a local tourist tax per person and night (children under 14 years are excluded).

Reductions for children

Reduction for children in their parents' apartment:

• children up to 3 years = free
• children from 3 - 6 years = - 50%
• children until 12 years = - 20%

Included services

• bed linen, towels, dish towels for room, bathroom and kitchen. For stays longer than one week, a change of linen is included in the price.
• baby cot and child seat are available free of charge
• possibility to use a wash machine
• centralised vacuum cleaning system
• free W-Lan in the whole house
• ski depot with ski boot dryer or storage room for bikes
• parking for the guest cars or motorcycles
• grill possibility
• furnished terrace
• sunbathing lawn with deck chairs and umbrellas for relaxing
• children's playground with trampoline, table tennis
• hiking maps and hiking books to borrow
• ValGardena MobilCard for free use of the public transport in the whole South Tyrol
• final cleaning

On request we offer:

• bread roll service
• breakfast basket with local and South Tyrolean products (homemade jams and juices, fresh milk, fresh bread varieties, butter, yoghurt, cheese, bio eggs, “Speck” and sausage)
• fresh herbs from our herb corner

Specials for winter and summer

• every Tuesday and Thursday: 3 hours with a ski guide on Alpe di Siusi and Seceda to fine tune your technique, from the 6th of January
• Ski Safari - from Monday to Friday guided ski tours to explore the famous slopes of the Dolomites: Gardena Ronda, Sella Ronda, Lagazuoi, Marmolada, Buffaure-Val di Fassa
• 10 % discount for ski-rental and ski-service at Ski School & Rental Ortisei
• Ski depot for free at the valley station of the Seceda cableway Ortisei
• weekly guided hiking excursions, from the 6th of January
• Mobilcard: bus & train ticket for free
• free entrance to the adventure park at Ortisei
• guided hikes in the wonderful mountain world of the Dolomites
• guided “Törggele” hike (wine harvest celebrations) in autumn
• guided children hike
• discount on bike and E-bike rental at the MTB Bike School in Ortisei

Reservation and payment

To confirm your reservation, we reserve the right to ask you to pay a deposit.
We are happy to accept your payment in cash or as an advance payment by bank transfer.
Please note that payment by credit card is not possible.

Cancellation policy

Make sure to obtain cancellation insurance in case unexpected events happen before your journey. In case of late arrival, no-show, or early departure, according to EU standards cancellation fees can be charged:

• Advance payments will not be reimbursed for cancellations made within the last 2 months before your arrival. If you postpone the booking to a later date, we will be pleased to change the date.
• For a cancellation made within the last 4 weeks, cancellation fees shall be charged in the amount of 50% of the total amount booked.
• For a cancellation within the last week, for delayed arrival or premature departure: we charge 100 % of the total amount.

To avoid paying fees in such cases, we recommend taking out the cancellation protection insurance, in order that these fees are taken over by the European Travel Insurance.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, our apartments are available for you from 2pm.
If necessary, you can also leave your luggage at the house earlier.
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment within 10am,
We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival time by phone or email so that we can better organize ourselves.

Pets

Out of consideration for other guests, we cannot accept your animals.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
