Our house is located in the sun-drenched village of San Pietro in Laion, the perfect base for exploring the region's impressive mountain landscape in summer and winter. You can enjoy hiking, cycling, ski touring and countless natural highlights here. The area is ideal for guests who wish to combine relaxation with outdoor adventure.

Paths leading through green meadows and forests start right outside the house and are perfect for walks and excursions. Families especially love the playground, trampoline and spacious garden, while the in-house barbecue is perfect for relaxed outdoor evenings. All of this makes a holiday in the South Tyrolean mountains a truly special experience.

How to reach us:

By car
San Pietro is easily accessible via the A22 Brennero motorway, whether you are travelling from the north via Innsbruck-Brennero or from the south via Modena-Verona-Brennero. Take the Chiusa-Klausen exit and follow the signs for Val Gardena. After about 20 minutes, you will arrive in San Pietro.

By train
There are IC and EC train connections to Bolzano, Chiusa and Bressanone available from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium, via Munich, Innsbruck and Brennero. There is a regular bus service to San Pietro almost every hour.
